Michael provides expert marketing and leadership. He is developing The Block at Longview, a mixed use district.  He is also responsible for co-leasing a regional mall with 50% vacancy anchored by Dillard's and Belks.

He values demographics, psychographics, and market research as paramount to achieving long-term economic development success in each community. 

An Eagle Scout, his career began at Disney as a tour guide. He earned a national ADDY award for his jazz festival series production before entering into commercial real estate in north Texas and Georgia.

Michael is a graduate from Mercer University Atlanta with an MBA in real estate and finance.  He is a former top 10 sales producer - 4 years in a row - with the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors.

Tammy Johnson, CCIM

Based in Birmingham, Tammy places client satisfaction as her #1 priority. She has negotiated over $150 million dollars in real estate leases for significant projects in Las Vegas, Birmingham, Atlanta, Athens, and Huntsville.

She has expertise in management services, property inspections, agency leasing, large tract land sales, and development services.

Tammy is one of 5% of active commercial realtors that holds the real estate CCIM designation. She is a business graduate of University of Alabama in Birmingham.

Jim McElroy, CFE

Based in Atlanta, Jim works closely with franchise owners of UPS Store for 30 years, including its predecessor, Mail Boxes Etc.  Jim is regarded as the top national expert in business sales and UPS Store multi-store owner and franchising industry. He is a business school graduate of the University of Mississippi, and a certified franchise expert (CFE).
