Taste of Texas (proposed park) & Lindale Village (renovation)
910 South Main Street location. Proposed retail renovation of 4,800 sf 2-level ail building in downtown Lindale, Texas on US 69. Three spaces for retail and three spaces for apartments are proposed.
#1 Mercer Village / Barnes & Noble and Retail Stores
The Village opened on the edge of the college campus in 2007. Today the mixed use development serves as a popular meeting spot for students, residents, and alumni.
#2. Jekyll Island Resort Village
Pre-leasing and marketing of the island's only retail center is Jekyll Island Village.
The design of the village captures the relaxed coastal vibe that serves 1 million seasonal visitors and the 2,000 residents on the island.
Both a Georgia state park and a cultural travel destination, Jekyll Island is the only island state park in America.
#3. University of West Georgia
Located in Georgia, the regional university has a population of 12,000 students.
The campus-adjacent retail building caters to the needs of both the students which included 7 tenants and parking for 35 cars.
The renovated building opened in 2015.
Piedmont University / Demorest Park Apartments
Mid-century buildings adjacent to 100 year old college campus. Project included seven furnished apartments for workforce housing.
Underground Atlanta and World of Coca Cola, Atlanta
We were involved in the leasing and management of this #1 visited tourist destination in Georgia which included retail, restaurants, and the iconic World of Coca Cola adjacent to Underground Atlanta Festival. The parks were visited by 1 million customers per year most notably in the Summer months.
AMC presents Magic Theatres
Located in Atlanta was the first national Magic Johnson theatre in conjunction with SONY Entertainment
which was created to revitalize both Greenbriar Mall and propel economic development and new jobs in
south Atlanta.
The UPS Store, Franchise Expansion
One of the top franchises in retail America and a local shopping centers is the 4,000 unit (and growing) UPS franchise which began as Mail Boxes Etc in an earlier incarnation. UPS Stores are the leading non-food franchise and have a strong relationship with the local consumer in every market int he United States.
